Literacy

Caspian

Caspian is an engaging and fun 3D gaming environment where characters can interact with each other, gather and pick up information. Students can learn through the various different tasks and activities set, and see how they did through feedback reports and results.

Use Caspian's learning environment to develop a deeper understanding of Bram Stoker's Dracula.

Digital Story Telling

Using 'Green Screen' technology and Adobe Premiere:

  • Pupils act out and narrate in front of a camera.
  • Pupils can create/draw their own backgrounds to be put behind them.
  • Blend original stories told by young authors with video, images and illustrations.
  • Develop digital, art, oral and written literacies in engaging activities.
